Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) enables companies to demonstrate their commitment to ethical practices and social responsibility. At Sacumen, we believe in ‘giving back to society’ and are dedicated to making a positive impact through our CSR initiatives. As part of these efforts, Sacumen is actively supporting the education of students in rural areas, contributing to their future success and the development of their communities.
School Bag Distribution

Over the past four years, Sacumen has supported the aspirations of more than 700 students through its CSR initiatives while nurturing their dreams through essential school bag distribution.
To date, we have extended our CSR efforts to more than 15 schools across Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Mandya, and Chikmagalur, with a special emphasis on government schools in rural areas. By focusing on students from class 1 to 10, we aim to provide them with the resources and opportunities needed for a brighter future. Our initiative is designed to address the educational challenges faced by these communities, ensuring that young learners receive the support they need to excel academically and personally. Through this commitment, we hope to make a lasting difference in the lives of these students.

What essentials are packed in?

The Sacumen school bag is thoughtfully designed to equip students with the essentials they need to pursue their dreams. The kit includes a school bag or backpack, uniform, notebooks, and an exam pad to provide essential academic support. Additionally, it features creative tools such as painting supplies, writing materials like pens and pencils, and other stationery, encouraging students to explore their talents and aspirations. Beyond academic resources, this initiative reflects Sacumen’s commitment to holistic development, aiming to foster both intellectual growth and creativity. By providing these comprehensive kits, we hope to empower students to excel in their studies and nurture their personal interests, inspiring confidence and motivation for their future endeavors.

The Hands Behind The CSR Contribution:

Sacumen’s CSR initiatives are consistently successful, thanks to the collective efforts of our dedicated team, the Sacumenites. Every employee actively participates in giving back to society, contributing to the impact we make together. The process begins with the employees’ generous contributions, where they collectively decide the number of kits to distribute. Sacumen then matches this contribution by 100%, effectively doubling the impact. For instance, if employees contribute to 100 kits, the company adds another 100, resulting in a total of 200 kits being distributed. This contribution is entirely based on individual preferences, reflecting the personal commitment of each Sacumenite to making a difference.
