If your app isn't certified for the latest release, enterprise buyers can't find it.

ServiceNow only actively supports N and N-1. Every week without recertification is a week your app is invisible to filtered searches. The Australia release lands Q2 2026 — the window to act is now.

Code Remediation
Engineers replace deprecated APIs, migrate scripted components, and commit Zurich-compatible code — full audit trail, faster delivery.
04
Phase 04
Certification Readiness
AI-driven regression simulates the Store's test harness on a clean Zurich instance. Built to pass before it's submitted.
05

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything your engineering team wants to know

How long does the upgrade really take — is 2 weeks* realistic?
Yes — for most Store apps. Our 5-phase process is scoped to a single app upgrade cycle: AI-assisted compatibility audit (48 hrs), dependency mapping, code remediation, pre-submission regression testing, and Store submission management. Apps with heavy custom UI or complex scoped relationships may require an additional 2–3 days, which we flag in the gap report before any work begins. You get the gap report within 48 hours of the first call — at no cost — so there are no surprises on timeline or scope.
*Based on the project scope.
Do you need access to our codebase or production instance?
We work in an isolated Zurich PDI (Personal Developer Instance) — not your production environment. You share the app source in whichever way you prefer: Git repo, Update Set, or scoped app export. No production credentials, no customer data access. All work is done in Sacumen's managed OEM lab with a clean Zurich instance. Our SOC 2 Type II certification covers the full engagement.
What does the engagement cost and how is it scoped?
Fixed-scope, fixed-price. Pricing is based on app complexity — number of tables, scripts, integrations, and UI components — which we assess in the free gap report. Most single-app upgrades are quoted in the first conversation. There are no hourly billing surprises, no scope creep fees. If we find additional complexity post-kickoff, we flag it before touching the code — not after.
What happens after the Australia release? Will we need this again?
ServiceNow releases every 6 months. Most of our clients move to a Connector Lifecycle retainer after the first upgrade — we monitor the release notes, flag breaking changes early, and handle the recertification sprint as part of a planned cycle rather than an emergency. Teams on retainer have never missed a release window since onboarding.
